“Unfortunately box damaged and boots slightly marked. Retailer discussed issues and resolved quickly and without incident.”

Dear Dr N Thank you for taking the time to review the boots you bought from us. As a small independent family-run retailer, our reputation for customer service is vital to our business. We are very concerned to hear that you were not satisfied with your purchase. If there was some damage during transit, this is a very rare occurrence. However, this is our responsibility and we are very sorry to hear that our courier has failed to deliver the parcel safely. However, as you have not been in contact with us, we have not had the opportunity to address this matter for you. We are very sad at being judged so harshly without even having had the opportunity of knowing about this issue! Please do email us with further details regarding the problems you encountered. “Overall very positive experience: very good price on the item, quick shipping, well packed. Website easy to navigate, individual item pages have all the necessary information. Based on browsing their website a little more widely, they seem to offer good deals on many very solid quality items. I plan on checking their stock whenever I need something for "gentleman's wardrobe". Highly recommended.”

“Superb !!! Quality of the leather,colour and fit, absolutley perfect. A credit to the manufacturer, Carlos Santos. Highly recommend. Pediwear kept me upto date on the shipping ( Never a good time to order, just prior to xmas ) so just have to bide your time, having been sent from Portugal to Pediwear UK, and then on to me.”
