“From start to finish, the whole process was as it should be. I popped into their branch in Halifax and since they didn't have my size in stock, was directed to the pediwear site. I live in Switzerland and the tax side of things was automatically taken care of, and the follow up with the order I made was very professional. The shoes I ordered had a slight defect, but I was notified of this before, with photos showing the damage, and asked if I wanted to proceed -- with a discount. The damage was minimal, so I went ahead. The good arrived in good time and I am very pleased with the quality. I would certainly recommend dealing with pediwear, even if you don't live in the UK.”

“Overal speaking, it's always been a pleasure buying shoes from pediwear, but i have couple of suggestions for you to improve customer satisfaction. 1. Do check every single pair is brand new without defects or flaws before sending it out, especially for those international buyers like me, because it would be very hard to exchange and return. 2. Improve the leadtime from placing the order to despatch, now it usually takes a whole week, hopefylly it can be reduced to 3 days.”

“I've been very impressed with both times I've purchased from Pediwear. The speed of processing and posting the order, the fast, handy notifications of purchase and processing, and on receipt of the goods the excellent packaging and high quality products all impressed me. It's always risky I guess purchasing from so far away (South Australia) but from my experience so far I can say that I feel very comfortable purchasing from this site into the future.”
