“Why isn't there a "best customer service ever" star? Well then, I guess I'm limited to "very good". Tried to order two different pairs of boots but both were out of stock. The third time was the charge and for my trouble, I was given a good discount. What other store would do that?! I am a VERY satisfied customer and definitely know the place to shop when I need new shoes!”
