“I don't know how they do it but the shipping is the fastest I've ever experienced. Customer service is excellent and they were happy to provide detailed sizing info. The result is that every pair of shoes I've bought from Pediwear arrive super quickly and fit my feet perfectly. Couldn't ask for more from an online vendor.”

“I live in the States, but I wanted a specific brand of shoe that is not sold here, which made shopping on-line my only feasible option. Recent experience has taught me that shoe size is not a universal constant, so trying on a pair to ensure proper fit is key to happiness. Purchasing on-line does, therefore, come with some degree of risk. Pediwear had what I wanted at the best price and with that all-important return option that I needed, so I gave them a shot. Turns out the size I ordered wasn't a perfect fit, so I ordered a second pair with intent to compare the two and send back the unused set. With trans-oceanic shipping, vacation time in the middle, etc, I was concerned about getting the unused pair returned in time for the money back guarantee (to me these were expensive shoes). The folks at Pediwear were very accommodating, more concerned about meeting my needs as the customer than in adhering to a rigid return policy, which, in turn, eased my stress at the potential to pay double to get the pair of shoes I wanted. The return ended up going smoothly (fortunately they didn't have to bend the rules for me), and in all cases, before, during and after the final transaction, the folks from Pediwear engaged in professional and effective communication. Again, it seemed clear to me their goal was to ensure a high quality shopping experience for the customer. I will highly recommend Pediwear to anyone who asks me where to go for high-end British footwear; they have earned all of my future business for same. Thank you and regards, William”
