“I ordered a pair of the excellent Barker Westfield shoes from Pediwear and although their price was similar to everybody else, I got to choose a silk tie from their online range and got a free pair of quality wooden shoe trees. Delivery was exactly as promised too and also contained free Barker shoe polish and a shoe horn. I have no reservations in recommending Pediwear to all prospective customers and will be definitely be ordering from them again. Brilliant service throughout.”

“Pediwear is the only place I will purchase Grenson shoes online. Their prices are the lowest available (even accounting for higher than average shipping costs), and their prices are even lower with VAT subtracted. After receiving several orders I can say with some confidence that Pediwear's service is very good. Real (human) staff contact each customer during the course of each order to confirm shipping and fit details. The downside of the human service is that order fulfillment, especially to North America, can take an unpredictable amount of time as Pediwear's systems cannot automatically generate stock, shipping, and tracking details at checkout. Actual shipping time (from order) to North America seems to be around 20 days (give or take). When, after waiting 5 days for a shipping confirmation, I asked for an order to be expedited I was told it was unlikely to arrive in time but that they would try- and then lo and behold, it arrived 20 minutes before I left for an important trip. I can't complain too much about that! I will continue to be a customer of Pediwear as long as I continue buying Grensons, Trickers, or Loakes.”

“I've ordered two pairs of shoes from Pediwear to date, on separate occasions, and I've been very pleased both times. The prices are unbeatable, and if they should be beaten anyway they have a price pledge to match the better price. Shipping to Sweden (where I live) is generally fast. The second time I ordered from them there was a delay in production, but the customer service was very forthcoming. I was informed about the delay and was offered to cancel my order. I decided to keep waiting, and was continuously updated on the status. The only thing keeping me from buying shoes from Pediwear every week is my wallet!”

“product is excellent. however the pair of Loake Hurst where slightly different in the illustration on the website to the actual shoe which was disappointing as they offered a point of difference. the back of the shoe had an interesting cut on the website but not so on delivery.”

“My girlfriend actually stops me from buying even more shoes from Pediwear. I think they have a wide range and good prices. I used to hate waiting 10 days to receive my shoes but they have even improved that this year with a different courier service. I really do adore those notes in the boxes and additional surprises I get when I open the box. They are very generous and I am a grateful customer. If only I lived in England or there was a Pediwear shop in Singapore.”
