“This firm were great to deal with. I wanted a Tilley hat for my grandson's birthday - he lives in Scotland, I live in England. Emailed to ask if this could be done; got a prompt reply - no problem. Order was quickly acknowledged, payment was not taken until the order had been sent. Delivery was prompt and the firm kept me in the loop as to what was happening at every stage. Brilliant service and I'd highly recommend this firm to anyone.”

“Shortly after ordering, I got an email from a Pediwear employee letting me know that the shoes I ordered were the last pair in stock, and they wanted to let me know they found a couple of small blemishes on the leather. They included photos as well, and I was given the opportunity to decide weather or not I would still like to have the shoes at a discount, or if I would simply like to cancel my order. I was very impressed and went through with the order anyhow (the blemishes were very small). Great service, and I'm very pleased with the shoes so far, which are Pediwear's in-house brand.”

“excellent customer service- David was thoroughly engaging and helpful throughout the purchase process, advising me on shoe size, width, and answering a host of questions. The product was great as well, good quality leather, comfortable once it has been worn in, and looks great to boot. lovely pair of shoes especially at the sale price which I bought the port isaac for. Would buy more.”

“I tried on a pair of Loake1880 when visiting Scotland. Loved them. But they didn't have my size. Pedi wear ordered me a pair. Kept me up to date on shipment. I now have a fabulous pair of shoes that came quickly and Inexpensively. Great communication.”

“My first purchase from the US. I have other English shoes. I ordered the size that Tricker's recommended to me for the Sloane loafer. It was too tight. David and Simon helped me get the right size. I sent the shoes back and they sent me the right size with Adele's help. Very pleased with what could have been an unfortunate situation. The shoe fits great. I am happy with the caring service. The inventory and selection is huge making online shopping for England's best very fun and easy.”
