“I returned a hat bought as a Christmas Present as I purchased the wrong size. The staff were extremely helpful in changing this. The item was out of stock, but they kept in touch regarding expected delivery to their premises. Once the stock had been replenished, I received a replacement within two days. Absolutely marvellous customer service. Thank you all at Pediwear”

“so when the shoes arrived and the style and fit were exactly the same as the pair that had just worn out after 25 years i was over the moon.Dealing with Pediwear was a pleasure from start to finish all my future Loake shoe purchases will be through Pediwear and i thank Loake for recomending Pediwear to me”

“I was shopping around a bit and found Pediwear, to have the best prices on quality footwear. Very prompt to answer any of my question, they keeped me informed on where my package was through Royal Airmail, the hole time as I live in the US . My idem was packaged with care and came in a reasonable time frame . Thank you”

“Ordered a pair of Loake shoes and a pair of Loake shoe trees. Really pleased with the shoes and the timely postal service. Unfortunately, during the shipping one the the cedar wood shoe trees broke. I immediately informed Pediwear and they agreed to send out another pair of shoe trees at no additional cost.”
