“The shopping experience was excellent. My only issue was with the sizing of Tilley hats - I am 57cm which equates to 7 1/8, so following advice I went a size up to 7 1/4. This was still too small, so I had to order a 7 3/8 subsequently, which fit fine, although 59cm. I've never had a sizing issue so greatly far from the mark, but this Canadian company do make superb hats”

“Perfect. The hat made it from UK to USA to Cambodia in good time. It was a little large but one machine wash without dryer was enough to bring it down to size. Thanks again.”
