“Even from my initial telephone enquiry I could tell that I was dealing with a very professional establishment. The gentleman who took my call checked the availability of the shoes I had specified whilst I stayed on the line and confirmed the exact style, size and colour of the Trickers shoes I was considering purchasing were in stock and available for immediate delivery. Confirmation of my order via email and further postage tracking details kept me informed of when my order would arrive ( very promptly I may add ). The shoes were impeccably packaged. To summarise, Pediwear in my opinion are an establishment of the very highest order who seem to genuinely put customer service at a high priority level. Even though this was essentially an online / internet purchase it made me feel like a valued customer at all times. I would highly recommend Pediwear to anyone without reservation. Once again thank you.”

“This was the first time I bought a pair of Crockett and Jones shoes, and I was going to order it from the US yet. While I had done some research online, I was unsure of which size I should order in the Pembroke, G fitting. After contacting Pediwear and asking them for their input, David immediately responded and suggested an 8.5G. He patiently and promptly answered two other questions I had about sizing, and I finally ordered the Pembroke. The fit was perfect. The Pembroke is the best fitting pair of shoes that I own, and it looks nice too.”

“I generally wear chukka, or desert boots. I wanted boot trees designed for those boots, and had a very difficult time finding them, until I found the Pediwear website. Although the boot trees they carry seemed costly at first, further research convinced me Pediwear's price is the most reasonable. On my first purchase of 2 pair of boot trees, Pediwear's communications (regarding sizing) and service were impeccable. The boot trees arrived in Los Angeles promptly, and their suburb design, material and finish exceeded my expectations. I can confidently keep my boots in the best possible shape and condition thanks to Pediwear.”
