“On ordering (Black Friday deals ) I was informed my order was going to be a couple of weeks, kept me informed all the way, nice note in box when arrived. Good to have that personal touch. Item came in perfect condition. My 1st call when looking for new pair. Great customer service guys.”

“The order was delivered promptly, it was well packaged and arrived in good order. The price for what I purchased was as good or better than comparable sites. I purchased slippers made by Draper of Glastonbury, model name: Philip . They are of excellent quality. I purchased the same pair 7 years ago and they continue to serve me well. I bought a new pair for a second residence.”
