“After many months since the original order, unfortunate international shipping issues, and request to re-ship these shoes finally arrived today. “Although Pediwear's website is one of the ugliest, their range of shoes and customer care is awesome. I have made a couple of purchases of Barkers and Grenson and I am pleased both with the shoes and the overall shopping experience. I often recommend my firends to visit Pediwear.co.uk. What can Pediwear improve? - Make the website more appealing - Use DHL for deliveries to Sweden. UPS is specialized in corporate deliveries and thier consumer services are very poor.”

Dear Mr Gustafsson Thank you for your reply, we always appreciate constructive feedback and of course we are pleased and grateful to hear you recommend us. Please ask us to quote you for delivery via DHL on your next order and we will endeavour to send via your preferred courier. We use couriers based on their services and reputation in addition to the cost. In general we find that Swedish customers are very happy with their service, but if you have encountered problems we will see if we can offer a similar rate via DHL. Finally you will be pleased to hear that we are in the process of redeveloping the design of our website.
