“I recently purchased a Tilley hat from Pediwear. I had a few questions so called their sales office prior to placing an on-line order. The salesperson was knowledgeable, extremely helpful, polite and effecient. I then placed the order online - the process was simple, the order was executed effeciently and I received the goods a few days later. The packing was good and the hat was exactly as described.
