However, we always want to obtain 5 stars from our customers so we are a little disappointed we haven't managed on this occasion! I checked our system to see what emails you were sent - we sent an email to acknowledge the order when you placed it and another email on 15th December to confirm the order and advise regarding expected delivery time. We sent a final email on 17th advising you of the despatch and providing tracking codes for your order. Those are our standard order email communications - but I wonder if perhaps you might not have received these in view of your comments? Sometimes these emails end up being filtered out by spam filters. I would be interested to know whether or not you received these emails and whether there was any other way we might have improved your experience? We look forward to being of service to you again. “Top class service. My quite specific (emailed) product query was answered knowledgeably within 15 minutes allowing me to purchase without delay - the delivery and product was excellent, and the free gift a very welcome and classy touch. I'll be a customer as long as I need shoes!”

“Pediwear have a no nonsense on line ordering and payment system I ordered a Tilly hat for Christmas, my order was fulfilled and arrived in good time. Unfortunately I ordered the wrong size, however Pediwear were happy to exchange. I have had problems with other online companies who have not been prepared to do this, so this was reassuring. I found some one else to fit the hat (they were very pleased), so I did not have to return it. I have now ordered two more hats, and I got a nice surprise £5 off .”

“Good afternoon! Before Christmas, in "Black Friday" I was made to order two pairs of shoes. I got a pair of Grenson and very pleased with them, and Barker for some strange reason, absent in your warehouse, although the marks in the store about it was not! When communicating with the store told me that Barker will appear in two weeks, but they are not up to the present time! At the present time, in connection with LIFTING in Russia pound sterling, these shoes will cost me almost twice as much! But even now they are not available, although sales in the store they are! Ask me to explain in English shop like this happen mismatch?”

We were told by the factory that they would be available in two weeks - and we share your disappointment that unfortunately they are taking longer. We display items we have in stock in addition to items we believe to be immediately available from the manufacturer. This allows us to offer the widest array of choice to our customers. Unfortunately we cannot keep every item we sell precisely up to date in terms of availability because this information is not readily available from the manufacturers until we place the order.
