“They were great. I ordered from US. My card issuer had some issues with the international transaction and they were very patient and helpful. They also helped me to make sure the shoe trees were sized correctly for the shoes. I couldn't be happier”

“Cheapest for Saphir I have found - I was slightly miffed that everything had it's own postage prices that added up (still worked out cheaper) but then postage was consolidated later on when the shop processed the order - so that sorted that out :) - packaging is excessively robust to a point it would survive any of the couriers out there. you get the impression of a small (ish) company that really makes an effort - I will happily shop here again.”
