“I am extremely pleased with the quality of goods purchased, the excellent customer service, the quality of the packaging and the short turnaround time between Order and Delivery. I had to return one purchase which was too large, and again the service was first class. I was advised immediately the returned item had been received and my account credited, all within a couple of days. I can only say I will recommend Pediware to others, and I will continue to remain a happy customer. Many thanks, and a Happy Christmas to all at Pediware!”

“I've bought a number of C&Js from Pediwear and just received my Tetbury and Teign yesterday. The shoes are absolutely beautiful. But I must really commend Pediwear on what a pleasant experience it has been buying from them. I feel valued as a customer, and my questions have always been promptly and very well answered. David has also been very attentive, and accommodating, as I have made a few size adjustments. Once again, I would not hesitate recommending this retailer, and I most certainly will continue buying”

“I had to return an item for exchange, due to my error in judgment. The exchange went smoothly and the the item I exchanged for is on it's way to the States. I really feel comfortable doing business with Pediwear and would encourage others to do business with them as well. Great customer service where you feel like they really care is almost the thing of the past that you get from Pediwear.”

“Nice shoes. Best price I could find on the internet. Like the range of products on offer, including the choice of shoe polishes. Would have bought more, but the postage to Australia just gets too much. We need an Australian Pediwear distributor!”

“Very fast shipping to Norway and unbeatable prices. Will shop again. Only bad thing is the site's design, but it is also a bit of the charm, so not really a big issue.”

“Prompt communication and fast shipping. Sadly the first pair of shoes I ordered arrived damaged, but Pediwear accepted the return and processed the exchange for a new pair without fuss. While things can and do go wrong in life, it's how you deal with them that counts, and on this score Pediwear were very courteous and professional.”
