“Very good and personal service. Also when contacting them with inquiries. Downside is that there is no free returns. Expensive if you reside outside U.K”

We are in the process of arranging a returns facility where items can be sent via our own account with a courier. Dear Customer Thank you for your review, we are sorry to hear that there may have been a delay in receiving previous orders. I note with this order that we sent it on the 29th January - the day after it was ordered. Our tracking information indicates it was delivered on 2nd January - which given the seasonal holidays was quite a quick delivery. We always endeavour to despatch orders form our own stock within 24 hours and where we have to wait for stock from a supplier we will aim to keep you accurately advised of the waiting time. Very occasionally during busier times (Black Friday etc), there may be additional delays - but we should still keep you informed. Please accept our apologies if we have fallen short of these ideals in in the past. “I long ago despaired of finding shoes at high-street retailers who, when asked if they could offer a size 13 say 'no' or - even worse - 'will a size 11 do?' So Pediwear has been a real find, not just because they carry - or can usually get - the size I need, but because they're a pleasure to deal with at a human level too. Order updates are written individually by a real person, and any queries or (rare) problems are dealt with promptly and in good humour. I could sometimes wish for a shorter delivery time - what shows as 'available' on the site doesn't always correspond to what the factory can supply - but there's always a courteous and helpful update to explain and mitigate any delays. Over nearly ten years, I've built up a handsome and versatile collection of shoes, and I'm still regularly wearing the very first pair I bought there. Now that my two sons are nearing adulthood, I've introduced them to Pediwear too. Feet are worth looking after; big feet even more so, and my feet are happier because I shop at Pediwear.”

“I bought a pair of Barker shoes - unfortunately, when they arrived, there was a visible patch of undyed or misdyed leather - but the service staff were very prompt and straightforward in arranging return and refund - so thanks again.”

“I bought a lovely pair of boots that were significantly cheaper than from the manufacturer's website and the items arrived promptly and well-packaged, with a complimentary shoe horn and tin of polish - an excellent service. Unfortunately the shoes that arrived - through no fault of Pediwear - were larger than I expected from the sizing so I had to return them. The size down fits perfectly and the returns process was extremely professional, though. My only reason for not giving 5* is that the return cost just short of £20, which I feel is quite high - although in fairness this is a clearly stated cost in the T&Cs and even with the return fee the footwear was still cheaper than on the manufacturer's website. Would definitely recommend and use again.”
