“I found the product to be of good quality. However the time it took to deliver the product was over 8 days which I was disappointed in especially as the company is in the UK.”

“Order was handled professionally - I like the compliments card as there is hand writting notice - it refreshes you in today electronic world. The only reservation I have is to the shop web page design and graphic. Unfortunatelly, I do not find this as user friendly. Too many different logos and fonts cause a bit messy impression.”

“It took about two weeks to be shipped. Luxury bag, good quality of leather. Shoe brush and polish cream is also good! However, I was obviously different to send Black and Dark Brown Brown arrived. This is a little inconvenient. I decided to use it, but then could you send me to reflect.”
