“I ordered the shoes I was after online but was later told they were not in stock and there might be a slight delay in sourcing another pair. I was given a timeline and given I was not in hurry I waited happily. My expectations were very well managed through good communication by staff. A few days later I received some good news and the shoes were dispatched. Again, Pediwear's capacity to communicate with me to manage my expectations was exceptional.”

“Quite apart from the excellent quality of the slippers and socks we purchased, the care taken with the packaging and the personalised signature on an enclosed note suggested a company who truly value their customers. Service like that, particularly online is a rarity and certainly as the 'customer' I know I will return.”
