“I bought my first pair of Alfred Sargent shoes on Pediwear, a double monk shoes in black. It was also my first purchase from Pediwear. the shoes are of a superb desing and quality, particularly when I compare them with similar shoes from Crocket & Jones and Allen Edmonds, which were the other options considered. The only thing is that at least for my shoes they are less comfortable and will need a somewhat long break-in period. The Pediwear service was first rate. They promtly answered (except once) my mails and helped to decide the right size.”

“Good price, quick reply to questions, delivery time (to Sweden) as stated, nice with small unexpected free gift together with the shoes. All in all I'm very positive to Pediwear and will definitely use it again.”

“As a Kiwi living half way around the world, I have nothing but good things to say about Pediwear. I regularly check out the website, and have made two purchases and they have exceeded expectation each time, in both quality of the product, customer service, as well as delivery (the goods have arrived faster that some purchases I make here in New Zealand!). If there was an 'Excellent', I would not hesitate in giving Pediwear such a rating - a very satisfied return customer.”

“Very good service when I wanted to return the shoes. Had staff contact me very quickly and efficiently when the size I wanted wasn't stocked. My questions were answered quickly. Top job. Less good was payments for shipping. I ended up paying £8.90 for a recorded delivery return and another £3.75 to have it posted. Most other outlets this is free. I realise there is a cost, but it would be good if you could subscribe to a returns service.”

Overall, with the accessible excellent customer service, outbound free shipping, free shoe trees and other benefits we hope we offer a competitive and pleasurable shopping experience. Our returns policies are published on the website and for the vast majority of our customers they are acceptable. However, review sites like this allow us to hear the voice of all of our customers and we do take note of the comments we hear - we very much appreciate the feedback you have given. “I was looking to purchase a pair of Loake shoes online for my husband. I found Pediwear during a Google search. The Loake range at Pediwear is fantastic, and before long, the shoes arrived in Australia, complete with complementary shoe polish and shoe horn! We will definitely be shopping with Pediwear again! “Bought a pair of Loake tan Chester brogues. I was informed that it was out of stock but I opted to wait. I was kept informed throughout and the shoes actually arrived much quicker than expected. Great product, great service!”
