“A very pleasant company with an individual approach. Notify about all stages of order fulfillment from placing an order, then picking and up to dispatch. It's nice that they check the purchased pair of shoes for manufacturing defects before shipment - visual inspection. It is important to check, rather than just trust the manufacturer's control when selling goods abroad.”

“The service was excellent. Ordered a Tilly Hat after measuring my head several times - only to find it was too tight!. Called Pediwear and they were very helpful. No problem returning the hat for a size up. Then realised I was going on holiday before the hat could be delivered - so asked them to delay sending it out. Not a problem. Return of the hat and replacement did not cost me anything extra (return slip included in the original shipment). The hat was good value for money, The packaging was really good to protect the hat.”
