“I never bought shoes online before and had a lot of fear around it. Pediwear was so patient regarding my concerns that I decided to buy Loake McQueen and was absolutely blown away with their service. My shoes arrived in a very well packed package. They didn't tell me that they will send some extra free items which with I was very pleased and pleasantly surprised. I highly recommend Pediwear as an online shop as I've experience only top service. Thank You Pediwear. I''ll be back! :o)”

“I very rarely write a review but felt I must leave feedback for this company. My purchase arrived on time very well packaged with a free pair of shoe trees a tin of wax polish and a shoe horn, a personally signed note from the owner was enclosed offering me a discount off my next order. A first class service from a company that are clearly commited to caring for their customers.”

“I am extremely pleased with the quality of goods purchased, the excellent customer service, the quality of the packaging and the short turnaround time between Order and Delivery. I had to return one purchase which was too large, and again the service was first class. I was advised immediately the returned item had been received and my account credited, all within a couple of days. “I've bought a number of C&Js from Pediwear and just received my Tetbury and Teign yesterday. The shoes are absolutely beautiful. But I must really commend Pediwear on what a pleasant experience it has been buying from them. I feel valued as a customer, and my questions have always been promptly and very well answered. David has also been very attentive, and accommodating, as I have made a few size adjustments. Once again, I would not hesitate recommending this retailer, and I most certainly will continue buying”

“I had to return an item for exchange, due to my error in judgment. The exchange went smoothly and the the item I exchanged for is on it's way to the States. I really feel comfortable doing business with Pediwear and would encourage others to do business with them as well. Great customer service where you feel like they really care is almost the thing of the past that you get from Pediwear.”
