“I HAVE JUST ORDERED MY FOURTH PAIR OF SHOES FROM PEDIWEAR. EVERY ORDER HAS BEEN PROCESSED CORRECTLY AND AS QUICKLY AS POSSIBLE. MY LAST ORDER WAS SUBJECT TO THE SHOES BEING ON BACK ORDER FROM THE FACTORY, BUT I WAS IMMEDIATELY INFORMED OF THE DELAY AND GIVEN THE CHOICE OF CANCELLING MY ORDER OR WAITING. AS PEDIWEAR HAVE ALWAYS GIVEN ME A FIRST CLASS SERVICE, I STAYED WITH THE ORDER AND THE SHOES STILL TURNED UP SOONER THAN EXPECTED.”

“It's the little thing I noticed, like the hand written note in the box. Saying "we hope you enjoy your purchase" One other very small thing I did notice was when checking out I was clearly putting my card details on the site and not going to a 3rd party like SagePay or WorldPay etc. it's a trust thing and because I didn't know Pediwear and I'm on a Mac (So don't have a "Padlock") but know to look out for https: on the beginning of the URL. I see you do use SagePay but I wasn't told that! Thanx”

“The experience from website to wearing the Loake brogue boots has been a pleasurable one. I phoned Alan at Pediwear for some advice before purchase. Alan and the others in the team were very helpful. I had never purchased footwear in this manner before but the purchase was made easy helped by the advice given by the Pediwear team. The gifts from Pediwear, delivered with the boots, were a welcome surprise too. Quite an endorsement, but heartfelt.”
