“you find yourself in a real store on quiet and cozy London's street. Love this store! There are no problems with the selection and delivery. It is easy to get sensible advice. This is a very cozy shop. Caring about the customer and the quality of the product in the first place!”

“Completely flawless experience with these guys. Great shoes at a great price (around half what the shoes would have cost if I had bought them from David Jones in Australia). International shipping was ridiculously fast - I ordered my shoes on Friday and they arrived on Wednesday. They throw in little gifts with the purchase, which is a classy touch. It makes you feel like you're buying from a little corner store over in the UK, as opposed to it being some big, faceless and impersonal internet company. One other thing I was very impressed with was that the Loake shoe polish that they were meant to include was out of stock, so instead they included a polish from some other brand. Other online stores might have held up the order pending arrival of the right polish, which would have frustrated me to no end, as it's really the shoes I want! I know this sounds like common sense, but often common sense isn't so common. Finally, I placed another order with them and I made a mistake which meant I needed to email their customer service address. I got a personalised response to the email within a few hours and the response completely resolved the issue. I have previously ordered online from some companies who seem to be pretty good at the online shopping thing (eg TM Lewin, Charles Tyrwhitt), but Pediwear is by far the best online shopping experience I have ever had. I will be buying from them again.”

“Although the shoes I ordered were not going to be in stock for at least six weeks, I decided to keep the order During the waiting time, I had to change the delivery address. The shoes arrived last week. Pediwear seems to have got its customer services trained really well. Communciation (via e-mail) was excellent: informative, polite and spelt correctly! I cannot fault it. I'll be back! Oh, I'm very pleased with the shoes too.”

“last time i tried to order a pair of trickers from this company the girl said she would call me back .Twice I called ,twice i waited. I called a company called [Link].I can verify this,I stopped smoking 18months ago and I have bought a pair of shoes or boots every month with the money I have saved.TOTAL/15pairs of Trickers,3pairs of [Link],2 pairs of tackety boots from [Link],a pair of [Link] gardener boots.All in all about £5k. “Shortly after I placed this order (I'm from the U.S.), my bank called me to let me know that my credit card information had been breeched and that several very large purchases in the UK had been attempted. Order online with caution. Their security seems very flawed. Also, two + weeks later, the purchase hasn't been received.”
