“The pens were delivered quickly in a padded envelope. I had failed to specify a size for one of the pens, but I was contacted by telephone before dispatch to clarify the issue.”

“I've used this company twice now and each time the customer service has been top notch. Delivery of my purchases have been fast and hassle free. I have purchased the Platignum Studio Fountain pens and I can honestly say they are VERY good quality for the money. I've used Parkers and other 'high' end pens and they have not been as good.”
