“Still waiting for delivery.Taking too long to get deliver.If you think it should be with me now then it's time to check with courier company or whatever the sources you used. I'm looking forward to get before Christmas. Waiting for your positive reply. Thank you”

Dear Mr Patel, I'm sorry to hear that your recent order has not arrived. The delivery method chosen was standard 2nd class, therefore your parcel will not have a tracking number and we will not be notified of any parcels going undelivered unless the customer makes us aware. I am currently in the process of packing up a duplicate of your order which is going to be posted out to you tomorrow, first class, so that it gets to you as soon as possible.
