“The first time I ordered from Pen & Paper Co. the service was excellent: prompt and efficient. It took 8 days to get to Slovakia. When I ordered the second time a month later, I never received the packet. I wrote a few emails until at last I got a response that the packet couldn't be delivered and had been returned to Pen & Paper Co. I was a little surprised I had to initiate the conversation to ask that the packet be resent. I waited and the same thing happened: I still didn't receive it. I asked if shipping by courier was possible but it wasn't. After a month, I was finally able to get a refund, which Pen & Paper Co. handled promptly. I really don't know what happened. In all due fairness to Pen & Paper Co., the fault lies somewhere between Royal Mail and my local postal service in Slovakia. I would, however, recommend adopting a courier service option for safe, fast, and efficient delivery, rather than relying upon the postal service. At least it would be nice if customers had that choice, even if at a higher cost. I'd have gladly paid it. But thank you for the very first shipment. It was fast, (I actually got it!), and I'm very satisfied with the products I ordered.”

“Hi Delivery was quick but - Pens came with no instructions (but they are available on line) The rollerball came with a blue refill (which is no use to me) when I was expecting a black one as in the description - "Lamy Swift Palladium Rollerball pen features a unique clip – when the pen is in use the clip retracts into the pen so does interfere with the users hand. Glossy-chrome push button. Includes a black M66 refill." Sorry to be a bit negative! Best regards Don”

I apologise that the refill was blue and not the black that is stated on the website. As discussed earlier to make up for the mistake we will be sending the Black Medium M66 out to you today along with an instruction guide and a free silver Lamy pouch.
