“Pen & Paper post orders quickly. They do not always reply to emails it seems. The latest pen I received is quite a 'scratchy' nib and not as smooth or even-flowing as previous one!!”

“Correct pen I ordered and couldn't be happier with the purchase. Only downside is the sticker that was put on the pen has left a sticky residue which was difficult to get off.”

“Real person phoned to check my order highly personable and friendly as there were some irregularities (given the odd way in which my address is recorded) the fact that they checked before sending out the order is a nice touch showing forethought fro their customers.”

“Ordered a Lamy fountain pen. The nib was faulty & when I sent an email about it, Pen & Paper sent out a new nib the next day. Problem was solved. Great customer service.”

“P&P served up a prompt response from a full range of products that I was glad to be able to find on-line. The order as delivered had an error in it: I returned the wrong items and the correct items came out immediately with an apology and a refund of my postage.”

“My mum had been wanting this specific pen for months now, it was a pleasure to surprise her with it for her birthday, she was overwhelmed! The delivery was a little slow but it came in one piece. Very pleased!! Thank you!”
