“A good mix of items and presented beautifully. I loved the slim washi tape rolls - I now use them in my journal regularly - but did not like on the chunky pen with intergral sticky notes as it's too heavy and wide for me to use, and I ended up giving it away. The cards, however, were gorgeous and I was, overall, happy with the one-off purchase, and would buy again as a surprise treat for myself or a friend.”

“Impressed with the service. They were able to advise me on the correct cartridges for my pen, where the original vendors had been unsure. I ordered a couple of packs from them, and they arrived on time and in good condition.”

“After not initially receiving my order I contacted customer services by email to query why there was a delay and then received a very quick response and my item was resent. On the second occasion it arrived very quickly. Customer service was excellent.”

“Great service as usual, however the Lamy stylus insert I ordered does not work with modern touch screens. Highlighter insert for Lamy pen is great, previous one lasted almost two years.”

“You sent me the lamy pen and ink cartridgesI had ordered quite promptly (considering it was a bank holiday weekend.). I am happy with the product and your service. The intended use was for pen and watercolour wash: a brave thing to try with non waterproof ink. However careful choice of paper avoids smearing once the drawing is bone dry. In case another customer might find it useful, the successful paper was Langton watercolour paper. Best wishes. Peter Orman”
