“I was supported by Lorraine Smart regarding an employee demonstrating challenging behaviour to line management during their probationary period. This person had been supported for 7 weeks, having different health issues on a daily basis. Lorraine offered expert advice, and supported the directors during a challenging time. It resulted in the employee resigning, however every thought and process went into ensuring the result was fair and acceptable. Thank you, Lorraine”
