“I use Peninsula on a regular basis and have done for the past 5 years. I normally speak to Vicky Kitney whom I have a great relationship with. She's very knowledgeable, comes back to me quickly, is very patient putting up with my endless questions and she talks through issues in terms that I understand which is essential to me. The additional support of supplying letters, guides and factsheets always ensures that I'm fully equipped and doing things in the correct way. Because we've built such a good relationship there's a feeling of trust and that is so important given the nature of the service. Would highly recommend.”
