“I had made my order on the 20/09/2016. The promise of a fast delivery on your website was a feature that attracted me to your store. I still have not received my bag on the 23/09/2016. Albeit only 3 days, I have not received any confirmation email or dispatch notice either, which has prompted suspicions about the validity of your site. This feedback email is the first contact I have had from you - I feel that is fairly poor considering I have spent almost £130.”
“A good range of products and ordering was easy . Good communication concerning delivery of goods but then it all went wrong causing inconvenience to both myself and my neighbour! Despite being given the correct address my parcel was tried to be delivered next door . As they were out a card was left asking them to pick up a parcel they kne, nothing about!!! A phone call could have cleared all the confusion .”
