“I am using Perfect Clean on a weekly basis for home cleaning and my partner and I are extremely happy with their service. Our regular cleaner is great, trustworthy and always has the nice gesture to show that she cares (i.e. taking care of the flowers). She doesn't speak English but the agency easily facilitates our communication. We also recently moved and used Perfect Clean's end of tenancy service for 5 hours and we were very impressed with the result. The apartment was spotless, including wardrobe, kitchen cupboards, fridge and freezer. We strongly recommend Perfect Clean since we've never been disappointed with their services.”

“We arranged for perfect clean to do a full check out clean when we moved out of our flat. It was a modern three bed flat, very easy to clean in a good condition. We ordered them the morning of the check out. We probably should have checked once they had left but assumed it would be clean given they specialise in check out cleaning. When we got the check out report back we were charged £75 for further cleaning of the oven and sink which were not in an acceptable state, looking at the photos on the report there was still grease marks on the cooker even though it had supposedly been professionally cleaned. After paying over £300 for a flat to be professionally cleaned we felt it was unacceptable that it was not in a clean state. We contacted perfect clean about this and all they could offer was to redo the job. Obviously as we had already moved out this was not possible, which seems fairly obvious since they were doing a check out clean. We will not be using this company again and would advise anyone not wanting to have to pay twice for cleaning to not use this company for check out cleaning”

“I realised after the work was completed that there was no de-odorising done. No spot-treatment was done too. I was told that the piece of carpet where a stain was, had to be replaced, but when I used one of the products a friend suggested, removed the stain.”

“Always offer me a fantastic carpet cleaning service. Great staff, both the cleaned and the office staff that help you book and coordinate logistics. Very good priced and I would recommend this to anyone in London! Note sometimes the cleaners struggle to speak English so if you have any special requests best to email in advance!”

“The tenants left our house in London with big mess. Greasy kitchen and stinky bathroom…the list could go on and on. We hired Perfect Cleaning to do a deep cleaning. The result was amazing. My auntie looked at the house and took some videos for us. Both kitchen and bathroom were sparkling clean. I don't know how they cleaned that greasy stove. It looked like almost new. My estate agent told me that whoever toured our house, they liked how neat and clean it was. Thanks for the exceptional work.”

“Excellent service Our office needed emergency carpet cleaning as one of our team members spilled adhesive and it had to be treated right away. I had the cleaning guys in couple of hours and they did wonders to the carpet. While I was waiting the nice lady on the phone gave me some instructions how to prepare the carpet, so we do not waist any time. All in all, nice guys and very good customer service. Daniel”
