“Firstly the operative did not turn up and when I contacted Perfect Cleaning they seemed confused about which operative was due. They did not refund the deposit and actually took the balance, despite not performing any service whatsoever.”

“They are truly appalling. I would not have them through the gate let alone through the door again. £150 down the drain. When I rang up to complain the manager was rude, unobliging and arrogant. No wonder the company Is rotten to the core. Do not use them Lexi Cook. Blandford”

“Wouldn’t recommend this company at all. Friendly initially, but arrived with limited equipment , one cleaner. The property wasn’t in good condition and this was explained beforehand. But no attempt was made. Complained and had to chase up with phone calls, to eventually them agreeing to do a return visit. Expensive & waste of money.”

“I hired the company for my new 5 bedrooms purchase. The house was completely empty so easy job. They cleaned nothing. Everything was left as if they never turned up. When they arrived with over 1h delay they told me that they needed to go shopping to buy cleaning product. They arrived with no material. They charged me £619.5 which I am in dispute with my credit card company. I am hoping to get a full refund. This is a scam do not approach them. Else you’ll see your money go for nothing.”

“STEER CLEAR FROM THIS BUSINESS!! Very shoddy service. The property was left more dirty than before they started. Firstly they send only 2 people to clean a 4 bed house. They arrived late and at 5pm clocked off with house an absolute mess. They then offered to do a reclean. Assigning one person that arrived 3 hours late and could only spend 2 hours cleaning. This person was just as terrible. They REFUSED to refund me and got nasty on the phone with me. I finally had to get another company to clean up after them, which cost me double. Please dont trust them AND DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY. You will regret the decision to do business with them.”

“Incredibly bad cleaning service and very rude customer service. I do not recommend this company. They are unprofessional and they only care about taking payment. I complained about the quality of the job I booked and the managed yelled at me over the phone - quite in an aggressive manner. I don’t recommend to anyone!”

“Be careful with them! They never refund me money after agreeing on it via email. Very disgraceful and cheating behaviour. I contracted them for End of Tenancy in early December; the job was very poorly executed, so bad that our landlord decided to use their own cleaners afterwards. I started a dispute of the charges via American Express and during the process the merchant (Perfect Cleaning) agreed on a 50% discount and issued a new invoice of £151. This was paid on Dec29 and on Jan04 they confirm the receipt of the money and that they deducted £307 from their account. Those money never made it back to me. I have sent something like 10 emails since then and also texted them on Whats App, but they don't even bother to reply. So they now hold £358 of my money when they agreed to £151. VERY SHAMEFUL behaviour.”

“It has cost me 470 pounds and three visits to complete a satisfactory end of tenancy clean of my 50 square meter one-bedroom apartment, and it was only when I hired a different company that job was done to a good standard. The two times Perfect Clean sent their “technicians,” very little, if anything, got done. I can only imagine that the company hires people who have no idea of what the job entails, doesn’t give even minimal training, and perhaps does not treat them properly. The whole experience with Perfect Clean has been awful. Matthew, who has been sitting on my complaint for the last two months, still has not refunded the 300 pounds I paid for their service despite the mountains of photographic evidence provided of their shoddy work. He must have a busy job as complaints manager. I have called and emailed multiple times and patiently provided everything they asked for, including the re-clean invoice and comprehensive photos from all three cleanings. Just today I was told once again that Matthew was not available, my case was being looked at, and I would receive and email within the day. Once again, it has not happened. I’m tired of being given the run-around, and I warned them 10 days ago that if this was not resolved by today I would post a review, so here it is. I had no idea that such poor service was possible from a British company.”

“Unfortunately I cannot recommend this company, the floor was dirty when they left and the windows still dirty. I asked them to come back and they tried spraying it and rubbing with a cloth but made not difference. I got out my mop and some flash and it was clean within minutes. Customer service not very good either.”

“Do not use this company, you will be wasting your money and time and have to clean up yourself afterwards. While it was a nice team who came to do the service, their capacity to clean efficiently was horrible. Snails pace and no beds made in rooms or blankets picked up and folded, everything left where it was and cleaned around. after asking them to clean the bathrooms, upon inspection I had to ask them to clean the floors in the bathrooms as all they had done was clean the toilet and wipe surfaces - but even there they cleaned around bathmats, without even picking them up and hanging them. For £300 for an 8 hour clean I would have expected much more. On top of that, while they were committed to clean for 4 hours, they cleaned for 3hours and 45 minutes and then packed up their stuff and with 10 minutes to go told me there were done. When I called Matt at the management company to complain, he said 9 out of 10 people are happy with their service so they can't be that bad. Eventually offered to refund me for 15 minutes of cleaning or send someone out to clean for another hour - but his tone was so rude I want to never interact with this company again ever. Do not use this company, you will be wasting your money and time.”

“The Technician that they like to call themselves arrived late called company to find out what time they would get here as they we late called company who said they would call me back they didn’t They eventually turned up threw a few cleaning things in a box I then went around with them to show them the most important jobs I needed doing first what a laugh I paid £300 pound for a deep clean of 8 hours as I am disabled some jobs I cannot manage like cleaning bathroom tiles etc that didn’t get done so what I got was I’m not sure it didn’t smell clean and it was still dusty and I really didn’t know what I paid for they were happpy to take my money upfront I emailed them with my dissatisfaction but got no response so I am now putting it on here I still have to find someone else to come and do the job that they failed to do for me I will never use this company again Perfect Cleaning nothing Perfect about it”

“Absolutely the WORST service I ever seen in my life. They arrived late, they DID NOT clean at all, they left spiderwebs, stains and dust everywhere, they never cleaned the oven, (look at photos) and then they refused to give me a refund. They were extremely rude to my landlord. Perfect cleaning my a**!! DON’T EVER EVEN CONSIDER THIS SERVICE!! Thieves!!”

“Absolutely terrible. 45 minutes late and didn't bother updating me on timing until I chased. Then some poor guy turned up and didnt seem to even have a proper hoover for the job. It isn't that big a house and it's completely empty, and it took him 6 hours. I didn't see a mop so maybe he was doing it all by hand which is horrible. When I went back to check the kitchen surface was gritty as soon as I put my hand on it. Then when I complained that the windows were not cleaned, the company offered to send a different person to clean the inside windows. They apparently only do the inside of windows not outside. That isn't how glass works?? What, do they only wash the inside of cups as well? Waste of money and time. £185 and can't even wipe a kitchen top or remove mould from the bathroom.”

“Took advantage of my elderly and vulnerable parents and refused to follow up our complaints. The person who came to my parents’ house turned up with a seemingly random selection of potential oven cleaning materials bought from the local supermarket, plus some really corrosive material - hopefully not available in shops - which stripped the paint off my parents’ cooker. He left with the job part finished and chemicals still dripping from the inside of the oven. My poor parents were terrified to use it.”

“Worst service, they knocked the toilet while cleaning and water started to go through the floor. I called them after paid and they said they didn’t damaged it. Saying was already damaged, which it’s not true as I’ve never had any problems. Do not call this service for end of tenants.”
