“We are based in Berkshire, the service was done many months ago to clean our gutter, fascia and soffit++. The technician did the job in a rush ( not even 10minutes), knocked off one of our tile roof- left the fascia untouched. We of course got n touch with the company but told that they will send the same person! Big no- and will never use this company ever!”

“Avoid this company for end of tenant cleaning. The customer service seemed nice at first and the booking was made for a 2 day clean of a 4 bedroom rental house. They sent 2 people to clean and "finished" in less than 1 day. The work performed was so bad that the landlord is charging me for a second clean as it was nowhere near the standard of an end of tenancy cleaning. The company had no interest in solving this amicably and refused any refund. Save your money and find a company that can do it right.”

“Man who came was good polite,helpful,professional and efficient. It was the poor customer service and admin. Said I could change booking on day as wasn't sure about dining chairs. Then denied it and got very rude and aggressive. Still waiting for call transcript. I wouldn't use ever again nor recommend to anyone to use of that is how they treat their customers.”

“Not impressed and would not use them again. Booked them for an end of tenancy clean. Communication good but cleaning itself left a lot to be desired. One area and a cupboard left untouched. Asked them to return and re-do, but they said this was outside of their "72 hour" period in their terms and conditions despite such terms and conditions ACTUALLY stating "5.2 If the customer is not completely satisfied with a cleaning job, Perfect Clean will re-clean any areas and items to customer's satisfaction. Therefore customer must allow the cleaner to be returned."”

“Perfect Clean had been reliable for over a year but then decided to lie to us that one of their colleagues was no longer cleaning, sadly for them we knew this to be untrue as they continued to work for a friend. Don’t try and deceive your customers. Had Perfect Clean just been honest then we would have given them a much more positive rating.”
