“Classes are full of information. If you don't put forth the effort and discipline to learn, you will not be happy with the classes and should choose an in-person course. Perry RE College was very responsive with all questions I had throughout the course. Loved the fact that I could learn at my pace!”

“Thanks to Perry Real Estate College’s Kentucky Pre-Licensing Course and the Prep+ materials I passed my State Exam on the first try and am on my way to be licensed. I highly recommend Perry for all your real estate education needs; the courses were thorough, easy to navigate and prepared me to pass my state exam with ease. Thank you PREC! I’ll be back to take my continuing education courses yearly. To anyone contemplating whether or not to purchase the Ultimate package, do it! It is worth its weight in gold!”
