“Perry Real Estate College was the best option for me. The class material was straight forward and helpful. The ease of the "at your pace" structure took the pressure away and allowed me to fully absorb what I was learning. Would 100% recommend this school to others.”

“Perry Real Estate College’s online program is well-organized and easy to navigate. Ongoing communication was encouring and concise, with quick response time. The final testing process was simple to follow, and my credentials were updated at KREC almost instantaneously after I passed my finals. “I used Perry Real Estate College for my pre-licensing course in 2012, and had a great experience with an in-person class taught by Art Reed. Then I came back to take my KY Core Classes online course. This was very easy to follow and was able to complete fairly quickly. But recently, I took my KY Managing Broker Course, and this was very well organized and I was able to complete it within a couple of weeks. It offered practice exams to use to study for the final exam in which I scored 92%. I would highly recommend taking courses from here.”
