“Great products as always”

“Engraving was identical to the order and so pretty, though I expected the wood tone to be darker from photos and there is a slight bounce between the joining pieces of the cheeseboard (apparently this is pretty normal with lighter wood, but I haven’t seen it on similar, more expensive items). Amazing gift for the price.”

“Products great but I ordered a personalised message and only received the cards blank. I was a tiny bit disappointed by this but other than that the gifts were adorable and it was such a delight to see their reactions. The products also they came on time for Christmas. So one happy customer.”

“I recieved 2x Xmas presents both for my parents. Upon arrival i checked the goods and something seemed amiss when i heard a rattling in one of the boxes that had 2x engraved wine glasses in a box. One of the glasses had completely shattered because of insufficient safe packaging to protect the glasses and there was no "Fragile" sign on the box. The other package arrived perfectly fine and everything was in one piece. Got on the phone to customer service straight away and they're sending out a replacement glass before Xmas comes so I'm hoping upon arrival of the replacement that I can give one whole present and not just one intact and one shattered glass. Overall service was good but there can be some improvement made on the safe packaging of fragile goods and enforcing fragile labels on the boxes so the couriers know they can't be thrown around when being handled.”

“The products were absolutely amazing my nieces are going to love them. There was a little tear in the packaging for the cutlery but thats fine. The parcel itself on the other hand looked like it had seen better days. Had a hole in the top and looked like it had dropped on its side. Other than that the quality was perfect!”

“Super happy with the service, the quick response time and the product it’s self is beautiful! The edges are a little bit rough on some but nothing a little sand paper won’t fix. Over all I am very happy and would use this service again as well as recommend others”

“Lots of options, colours, choices. Loved the personalised luggage tags and the passport holder I got for my husband for our 3rd (Leather) anniversary. Allow time for shipping if you are buying for a particular event as can take a while due to courier delays and international shipping from Aus to NZ.”

“I ended up using express I think it was called hoping my order would arrive in time even though it meant paying double, unfortunately it didn't but the company is so nice to deal with, quick to respond to emails and the products are exactly what you ask for if not better, so even though I had to pay extra I'm still happy and would purchase again.”

“We loved that the board was not too pricey and came with a freebie. We loved the wrapping too and the card. The only downside is that the delivery took ages and was stuck in Australia until we decided to follow up on the shipping.”
