Love the quality of the cultery set. Highly disappointed by the alignment of the name on each utensil. One would expect it centred, but it was not, and each piece was aligned differently. Very disappointing.

Disappointed that what I wanted on the back wasn’t put on. They put name on both sides. Also I was lead to believe I was buying from Nz company and it came from Australia so wasn’t in time for Christmas very disappointing

Very happy with one of my personalised bottle openers but another one has the wrong name and date . The one with Craig on it is perfect but other isn’t right

I was happy customer last year and did a repeat. However, half of my order were wrong. They immediately tried to replace it and was told it will be sent via international express 1-2business days which was really nice. 10 days had passed and called courier and apparently it won’t make it for Christmas. Sad that I ordered it more than a month ago but to no avail.

Satisfied with the product purchased and they have excellent customer service but they failed to deliver the wedding gift with the wrapping (option chosen and card letter written) and did not follow through with the refund for the wrapping.
