Heya, Sorry, I've tried calling the aus number provided in emails but I can't get through- I've received someone else's order entirely, someone by the name of Carla Lawandos Order number: AU389974 I've spoken to someone from the nz phone-in who wasn't very helpful apart from you need to review the email and photos I've sent through. I'm not sure when you'll get this but I'm needing my box that I ordered by the 20th Feb which I'm assuming is very unlikely to be done and received in time now. Can we go over options on what can be done or organize a refund. Please call me on +64278415881 at your earliest convenience. Thank you Jules

Order still outstanding (pretty sure it hasn’t been started as updated artwork still hasn’t been sent to me for my confirmation). I ordered end November and paid priority, so very underwhelmed with this business.

The design is wrong. I got the same front and back design instead of the approved two different designs for the front and back.

After over a month and a half of waiting for our order we still not have received it. No updates on Shipping, has remained stagnant since the 20th of December saying flight has been departed and since then, nothing.

Emails should be addressed to the purchaser not the name on the gifts. This is not very personalised at all considering the order tells you who ordered the products.

It’s taken a month and I still haven’t received my item - which was just one single engraved glass - nothing too major. I know there is a pandemic etc but it’s taken far less time to have received other items from both Australia and other overseas countries so the delay here seems very extreme and disappointing since I’m only in New Zealand. The occasion I needed this item for has been and gone and even though the wedding is yet to happen I wanted the glass to be given to the recipient earlier. Because of all this I probably wouldn’t order from personalized favours again.
