“Cannot fault the service received at all would absolutely recommend. Changed my mind about the wording to the engraving and this was no problem at all even after a few days after the order had been received. Great communication nothing was a bother to them.”

“The locket is good quality and good for the price. The only downside for be me is that unlike the image on the website, the locket is highly polished so I was a little disappointed. I expected it to have a matt finish.”

“I bought the necklaces for two of my teenage grandkids who recently lost their father. I was not too sure if the necklaces would be of sufficient quality to last but I was very impressed with them. They look and feel tough enough to last for many years which is exactly what I required as they needed to be sealed for life. 5 Star products.”

“I bought this for a present and haven't seen it but my nephew was very pleased with it. It was supposed to be delivered by the 16th of January but it was delivered on the 17th. I had been trying to order this item since the 2nd of January but you website did not accept the order until the 8th of January.”

“Although the quality of the jewellery is acceptable, the customer service is very poor. When the item I ordered was faulty because part of it had not being fitted, I tried repeatedly to contact the customer care phone number. No one ever answered, and the messages I left on the answer-phone were not answered either. Eventually I found an email address on the Paypal receipt which thankfully was answered. However instead of offering to replace the faulty jewellery, the missing part was sent on it's own in a small bag, so I'm now left to work out how to fit it. As I am a elderly person and have no suitable tools this is far from a good result.”

As we advised, the missing part slips onto the chain, it does not need to be connected to anything, it slips on simply with the heart. You were more than welcome to return it for us to do but we felt this would be less stressful for you to do yourself.
