“A lovely website making it a pleasure to browse. The item I bought was a present and the recipient was absolutely delighted with the quality and finish - it was a piece of engraved silver. I had inadvertently put the wrong delivery address on the order! And this was late Friday night. But it was easy to contact them by email and I although I hoped they would action it on the Monday, I actually received a reply that it had been amended on Sunday evening! Great customer service.”

“I have used Personalised Jewellery before so knew that they delivered excellent quality items at a very reasonable cost. They are a family business and really care about their customers. They do not sell mass produced pieces, but beautifully crafted items that they inscribe with one's own individual message. The website is user friendly and the goods arrive in a timely manner.”
