“Ordered a personalised water bottle ‘for a friend!’ Found the site easy to use with a good preview option to check the personalisation and colour was as expected. Personalised Island was the most competitively priced, order process was efficient and delivery was on time. The product was of good quality and exactly as ordered. Would highly recommend.”

“While I’m excited for my product, I instantly contacted the customer service team after purchasing (as advised) that the spelling of my name is wrong and I got no response back. 2 days later the item has been shipped with the wrong name. I don’t want a misspelt water bottle that I spent money on and I was actually looking forward to it.”
