I ordered 2 suitcases for my grand daughters for Christmas well in time for the delivery in Dec. I did receive an email telling me I would not be going to get them for xmas, I totally get it because of the covid situation but my grand kids ended up with no presents which was disappointing. I was sent an extra bottle as a way of saying sorry which I don't think was acceptable as there were 2 cases on order.

As I still haven’t received our package I can’t really give you a review, I was told it was coming 29th or 30th, well that didn’t happen, then having left a couple of emails was told Monday so we will wait and see.

Straight up, I haven’t received what I paid for and it’s been 4/5 days Don’t want to give a bad review as I understand everyone is up the wall. But don’t make me pay for express 2/3 day delivery then not deliver on time. It’s a birthday present for my niece and at this rate it won’t be here when I go to see her 👎🏻

My previous bottle was really well made. I have now purchased two more and they both leak from the bottom. Not happy.

Still haven’t received my daughters bottle. Brought it in the 18th feb 20, It’s now 29th feb 20. When tracking the parcel it says it’s with your local courier. It has said this since 26th feb 20

I ordered the personalised bottle, and the imprint of my name was pasty and poorly drawn, the bottom of the bottle was scraped, and the top of the bottle had a dent in it!!

I am giving 2 stars only because one of the bottles i ordered had the wrong type of writing printed than what i had ordered. Its been 3 days since i emailed customer support and have still not had a reply yet as i would like what i ordered. Apart from that the bottles and suitcase are excellent and deserve 5 stars.

I never have a problem with you until now my. My small white suitcase with my daughters name on it and you offered me a water bottle with my name on it because you changed the date it was coming, and now I have NOT received it all so I would like to know where it is, and DPD was suppose to delivering it are under investigation and so is the driver so you could be getting a phone call, So I want to know where the is it

The actual product appears fine and looks exactly the same to the website. The service however has been subpar. I paid £10 for it to come next day... an hour before the cut off and it didn’t arrive next day. I then emailed support and it’s been 36 hours and I’ve not had a reply, despite their website saying a reply within 24 hours. Wouldn’t order from them again.
