“Very fast delivery but very expensive especially when you have to re order due to the original bottle cracking and being told it was our own fault and we genuinely don’t know how it cracked 😥”

“I ordered the personalised water bottle , when I contacted customer services to say i was unhappy on how the name appeared on the bottle, the response was lacking the human touch and came across unwilling to help to try and find an amicable resolution. Very disappointed with your approach.”
