I ordered for Christmas presents and didn’t receive until 3rd January however I was kept informed and offered a free water bottle for inconvenience. I ordered cases and water bottles and they are fab quality however it seems one of the names have been misspelt. I have checked my order and I sent correct spelling. Spelt Summmer instead of summer...

I ordered a cabin case 2 months ago for a Christmas present, it has not come in the time promised, but we’re helpful enough to let me know it would be late and have additional drink bottle in with my order so, acceptable

This is my 3 time ordering these personalised bottles. The first bottle was pretty bad, the suction didn't work properly and the clear section split. The second order was fantastic on both bottles. This order was fine except one of the straws is split right at the end where it connects to the lid.

very quick delivery even coming from the UK to me in the US. Didn't realize the name was in stickers though which already started coming off with 1st use.

While I’m excited for my product, I instantly contacted the customer service team after purchasing (as advised) that the spelling of my name is wrong and I got no response back. 2 days later the item has been shipped with the wrong name. I don’t want a misspelt water bottle that I spent money on and I was actually looking forward to it.

The bottle is nice but bit surprised regarding the name on it it is a stickers, so hope it will last for some time.

The bottle leaks and the straw is broken so it keeps falling off.

Ordered from here twice first time was fab 2nd wasnt so good as order delivered was incorrect despite having an email previously with the correct name Tried to telephone but not in use have emailed awaiting a new bottle or how to return the wrong one

You originally placed an order with the colour Pink and then requested for us to change your order to Purple. Unfortunately we had already dispatched your order within that day with the Pink colour. It it a very nice bottle but it keeps leaking at the bottom of it ! Just out of the blue it starts leaking everywhere !! Everything it is very good except from that ! Thank you , Zoe x
