Tried to contact as haven’t received products spent over £140 on suitcases with not so much as an email update about my order even though it is supposed to be delivered today DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

The bottle was returned to Personalised Island itself because of a delivery fault. Because I needed the present at the end of November I already ordered another one. The moment I asked to return or refund they charged me £3... So now I lost my bottle and my money.

I would not recommend ordering from this site. I ordered a personalized bottle and paid for next day delivery which cost £9.99!! To not even receive the bottle next day. Customer service team are also very unhelpful.

I ordered 2 personalised bottles and its been like 2 months now and my order hasn’t came. Tried to send again follow up on email but no response anymore after saying that my order has departed UK on Oct 1 but on Royal Mail its showing its still there. What a bad experience for first time customer! No option to refund the money, and courier partner has a very bad service.

I ordered a water bottle to be shipped to my daughter in Gainesville, FL and it’s been stuck in order data received status since Sept 3. No customer service phone number to call. Not at PI, DPD or SHIPit. Sent 2 emails to PI. No reply. Not even an acknowledgement of receipt. DPD tracking # 6831555948. Can anybody help me or am I just out the $$???

Ordeeed a plastic water bottle and a vine steel bottle. Got two plastic water bottles. Customer support have not replied to several emails. Not happy as the steel bottle is more expensive!!

Hi there, Thank you for your feedback. I can confirm that we successfully processed and dispatched your order. However royal mail tracking shows that your parcel has not been delivered. We are sorry for the inconvenience caused, but it seems as though your parcel is lost. We will send you out a replacement bottle. Hope you understand that we did the best we can, but our courier service seems to have lost your parcel. Thank you.

The water bottle came without the straw so I can't make any use of it. Im sure this does not happen often and I hope I am able to get a free exchange. On the other hand the bottle is perfect.
