The bottle sent to us is rubbish and leaks all from the bottom

The support team on their website is really badly run. I ordered my water bottle in February, after a week or so, chased this up with the team and said it had been lost eith Hermes and sent a replacement which was fine. It is now April and I still haven't recieved it. They replied with it's been lost in the post again and asking for my details again. I have now just asked for a refund and without an apology, have just been refunded. It felt like I was talking to multiple people on the emails sent rather than one people dealing with my case. I asked to speak to customer service and did not recieve their details. Really bad service.

Hi, Thank you for your feedback. We are sorry to hear that the service you received was not satisfactory. The first time your order was sent out, it was sent to an incorrect address because you failed to provide a full and complete address. We then sent a replacement bottle free of charge within a week, which was then deemed lost due to our courier service having issues due to the current pandemic situation. We understand that you had been waiting a long time for your parcel, but this was out of our control at the time. You then requested for a refund to be processed and we issued a full refund. Do not waste your money. Service here is awful. Ordered a bottle for my daughter on 28th February. Paid for 2-3 day delivery and took over 3 weeks to arrive. I think it was probably the 4th e-mail I sent asking what was keeping my order that they actually replied to. Said the bottle would be dispatched on Monday 16th March and it did not arrive until 23d March. Also the name is supposed to read "Emma" the bottle says "Emmma". Can't even be bothered trying to contact them to complain as they probably won't even answer me.

Ridiculous delivery time..ordered last Friday...says up to 5 working days delivery ..still waiting...every day my 11 year daughter has been excitedly waiting since wednesday as email says..we have received your order...!! Great..but when does Millie receive it ???????? Never again. That's my REVIEW..

After using the bottle once it started to leak and the bottom on the bottle had no seal, I was promised a replacement and have had no response, All of my emails have been ignored, therefore the support email address does not exist.

Placed an order well over a week ago, and still have not received an item that I paid for. Have emailed customer care service team, however the responses are very long waited and can take up to 3 days or more for a response back. As of yet, still don’t know where my order is, seems they are quick to take money but not quick on responding and helping to sort an issue out. Poor service.

My bottle leaks from the bottom. When I e-mailed the company I was asked to check all the attachments were correctly closed, so I did and sent a picture where shows the issue, which is the bottom bit is not straight enought and leaks slowly but constanly. This is been about a week now and I haven't heard anything back yet. I feel I waisted £15.

Ordered an item over 2 weeks ago, still not arrived and had no updates at all. Have tried calling and sending messages - ignored on every occasion. Not sure if this is a real company or a fraudulent trader scamming money! Will hopefully get a clearer picture when the police get involved.
