“Ridiculous delivery time..ordered last Friday...says up to 5 working days delivery ..still waiting...every day my 11 year daughter has been excitedly waiting since wednesday as email says..we have received your order...!! Great..but when does Millie receive it ???????? Never again. That's my REVIEW..”

“Still haven’t received my daughters bottle. Brought it in the 18th feb 20, It’s now 29th feb 20. When tracking the parcel it says it’s with your local courier. It has said this since 26th feb 20”

“I ordered the personalised bottle, and the imprint of my name was pasty and poorly drawn, the bottom of the bottle was scraped, and the top of the bottle had a dent in it!!”
