“Don’t bother wasting your money on “next day delivery”. This company continues to advertise FALSE delivery services!! I ordered an item for next day delivery on Friday morning, 4 hours before their cut off time for next day delivery. Emailed their customer service team on Sunday asking where my parcel is, only for them to tell me they offer a next working day delivery service. No where on their website or my email confirmation does it say it’s next working day!! I even provided screen shots of their website and my order confirmation! They’re a bunch of liars and the customer service team just don’t care.”

“I bought 2 of the personalized water bottles for my daughters and I am absolutely delighted with them as I’m sure they will be when they open them on Christmas morning. Also the service and delivery was excellent, I received them within a few days of ordering them. Cannot recommend you enough 😁”
