“I ordered the personalised water bottle , when I contacted customer services to say i was unhappy on how the name appeared on the bottle, the response was lacking the human touch and came across unwilling to help to try and find an amicable resolution. Very disappointed with your approach.”

“Don't think I will order here again. My bottle was broken before using it, the lid was not working correctly. They promise to send me a new lid and after that I didn't hear anything. The lid never arrived and they are not responding to any of my emails. Very bad costumer service..”
